BW, Bennie was my dad. He was husband to Hazel Beatrice (Bebe) Jauer Heggins. He took care of her when she was at her best and near the end, when both of them were at their very worst in health. He was father to Belinda Hazel, Brenda Kay, Deanna Louise, Theresa Leah, Kelly Denise. We were always known as "The Heggins Girls." He died on Texas ranch land just as he wanted too. He was a good provider, a hard working man, as honest as his work allowed him to be. I do not believe an obituary was published, so this is what I can tell you about him. I have always been told that he favored me over all of his other daughters, ... I don't think that was true, he loved us all, his last will and testimony provided for us all, just as he did in life. The only thing that maybe seemed to link us was that I was more like a son than a daughter, we fished and did things together like that as I was growing up. I miss him very much, but as eternal as his light is, he is never far away from me. I miss you dad.
