Mrs. Rose (Paesano) Gabriele, 79, of 2209 Mineral Spring Avenue, Centredale, died unexpectedly Sunday, October 1, 1967 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. She was the wife of Frank Gabriele.
Born Feb. 26, 1888 in Arpino, Frosinone, Lazio, Italy, Mrs. Gabriele was a daughter of the late Giovanni and Teresa Paesano of Aprino.
She was a resident of Centredale for the last 43 years.
At her death, Mrs. Gabriele was survived by her husband, five sons, Alfred, Albert, and Frank Jr., all of Centredale, North Providence, James of Johnston and John of Providence; one daughter, Mrs. Anne V. Goodman of Boston; 17 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
The funeral was held Wednesday, October 4, 1967 from the Elliott M. Robbins Chapel, 2251 Mineral Spring Avenue, Centredale, with a requiem Mass in Mary Mother of Mankind Church, Fourth Street, Centredale. Burial was in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.
