Abraham was a Farmer in Rootstown and Edinburg Township in Portage Co., OH. He later operated the American House hotel in Atwater Twp., Portage Co., OH until failing health prevented him from continuing in that venture.
Abraham retired back to his farm in Edinburg Twp., Portage Co., OH. He died there and was buried at Homeland Cemetery, near Rootstown.
