MEMPHIS - Funeral services for Mrs. Maggie Phelps, 88, of 519 N. 9th, a Memphis resident for 43 years, were scheduled for 3 p.m. today in the United Pentecost [sic] Church.
The Rev. N.J. Pope, pastor, was to officiate. Burial was to be in Fairview Cemetery by Spicer Funeral Home.
Mrs. Phelps died early Sunday in Hall County Hospital.
She was born in Mountain View, Ark., and was a member of the United Pentecostal Church of Memphis.
Surviving are three sons, Forest of 505 N. Hays and Cleatus of 2003 S. Bonham in Amarillo and Doris [sic] of Memphis; a brother, Travis H. Davis of Van Alstyne; a sister, Mrs. Clyde Belcher of Oklahoma City, 15 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
