Died at her home in Perth in the presence of her family at the age of 93 years.
Predeceased by her parents Margaret (Robinson) and Wellington Douglas, her first husband Art Walker who was killed in WWII (RCAF) and her second husband of 45 years, Keith R. Cavanagh.
Survived by one child.
Received Silver Cross Mother.
An active lifetime member of St. James Anglican Church in Perth.
Caring and loyal friend, devoted wife and mother.
Loved skiing, sports, handicrafts, dancing, entertaining, playing piano, organ and cards.
