William W. Adrian, Jr., 87, of Morton, died at 10:10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2010, at his home. He was born June 2, 1922, in LaSalle, Ill., to William Sr. and Ellen (Conley) Adrian. He married Betty Huff on Oct. 25, 1947, in LaSalle. Surviving are his wife, Betty Adrian of Morton; one son, Thomas Adrian of Mackinaw; two daughters, Susan Bouslog of Mackinaw and Grace Pinkham of Morton; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mary Fisher of LaSalle. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, James Adrian and Joseph Adrian. He was a World War II Navy veteran, serving from 1942 to 1946. William was an electronics engineer, retiring from the State of Illinois in 1984. He was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Morton and a long standing member of the Pekin R.C. Club.
