Florence Kountz Anthony, 94, of Foreman Road, South Buffalo Township, died Friday (Jan.1, 1993) at 3:45 p.m. in Sugar Creek Nursing Home, Worthington.
She was born Sept. 29, 1898, in South Buffalo Township, and lived there all her life.
Mrs. Anthony was a member of Slate Lick Presbyterian Church, Slate Lick.
Survivors include several nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Anthony on Nov. 14, 1992; a son, Fred D. Anthony in 1992; and her parents, Walter and Mary (McCracken) Kountz.
Friends will be received today from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Richard L. Redmond Funeral Home, corner of Sixth and High Streets, Freeport, where services will be conducted Tuesday at 10 a.m. by her pastor, the Rev. Roy Warren. Burial will be in Slate Lick Cemetery.
