Visitation is scheduled from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Valley of the Sun Mortuary Tri City Chapel here for Marcella Helen Shabal, 65, of Casa Grande, who died Jan 22, 1989 at St. Joepsh's Hospital in Phoenix.

Mrs. Shabal was born in Atlantic Mine, Michigan, and moved to Casa Grande two years ago. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Shabal was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Chuch in Casa Grande and the Confraternity of Christian Mothers.

She is survived by her husband, George J., of Casa Grande; a daughter, Rene M. Bergsma, of Birmingham, MI; three sons: David G., of Lawrence, KS, Michael J., of Phoenix, and Patrick J., of Westchester, OH; three sisters, Martha Raisanen, of Holiday, FL, Laila Dunn and Sylvia Johnson, both of New Port Richey, FL; and seven grandchildren.

Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Tri City Chapel, with Mass scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Chandler. Burial will be in Valley of the Sun Memorial Park.
