Travis Floyd Tomlinson, 84, widow of Hubert W. Tomlinson, died Monday, March 29, 1999 in Palmetto-Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia. Born in Olanta, she was a daughter of the late S. Brainard and Margie Megs Floyd. She was a retired school teacher, a graduate of Columbia College and a charter member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church.
Surviving are a son, Gray Tomlinson of Beaufort; a brother, Lloyd B. Floyd of Olanta, two sisters, Lillian Griffith of Cartersville and Thelma Bryant of Florence; and four grandsons.
Funeral service will be at 2pm, Wednesday, March 31 in Emmanuel Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Manning Cemetery
