Beermann, Chicago; 3 sisters, Sister Mary Anastasia, La Cross, Wis., Mrs. Catherine Haag, Spokane, Wash., Mrs. Anna Heithoff, Carol, Ia.; 2 grandsons, George W. and Donald J. Seidl.

Funeral services from the Hoffmann mortuary chapel Tuesday at 8:30 to St. Mary Magdalene's church at 9 o'clock. Interment Holy Sepulchre cemetery.

Elks to Conduct Rites for August Beermann

Elks lodge officers conducted a service for the late August Beermann, at the Hoffmann mortuary beginning at 8:15 o'clock this morning. Dr. F. O. Beck, exalted ruler, was in charge.

Church services followed at St. Mary Magdalene's, with interment at Holy Sepulchre. Pallbearers were H. P. Peterson, W. Hoffman, S. Wickman, J. Hansen, Oscar Anderson and Fred Dahl, all members of the Tailors' Union.

August Beermann Rites Held Today

Funeral services for August Beermann, 75, prominent labor executive and veteran Omaha resident were held Tuesday at 8:30 a. m. at Hoffman mortuary and a 9 at St. Mary Magdelene church. Burial was in Holy Sepulcher cemetery.

Mr. Beerman, a former organizer for the American Federation of Labor and who served as secretary of the Omaha Central Labor Union, died Sunday at his home, 822 So. 35th Ave.

He formerly conducted a tailoring business and was employed in department store alteration department in recent years.

Pallbearers, all members of the tailor's union, were H. P. Peterson, president of the union; W. Hoffman, S. Wickman, J. Hansen, Oscar Andersen and Fred Dahl.
