When Bill died at age 72, he was living at 8401 Old Stage Road, No. 18, Central Point, Oregon.
Bill's service was at Memory Gardens Funeral Home with Pastor John Bigham of the Central Point Church of Christ officiating. He had a private interment Memory Gardens and Memorial Park.
Bill is noted as having moved to Medford in 1914.
On Dec 9, 1936, Bill married Opal Adell Charley in Medford. Bill and Opal had the following children: Albert Eugene, David Russell, William Jacob, Ronald Ervin, Linda, Walter Floyd, Eldene Faye, Dena Gale.
Bill's obit notes that during the years he worked, he worked for Crystal Springs Orchards, Higinbotham Dairy, Cascade Wood Products, and was a logger. The obit say he was also chairman of the Brownsboro Cemetery Association and a member of Central Point Church of Christ.
The obit lists the following survivors: Opal, his wife; three sons, David, Albert, and Ronald; two daughters, Linda and Dena; two sisters, Mrs. Lincoln (Donna) Charley, and Mrs. Velda Dahlke; 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Two sons and one daughter preceded him in death.
