Thomas Goins, 86, of Nicholasville, husband of Ruby Goins, died Fri, Dec 11, 2009, at the Royal Manor Nursing Home. Born in Casey County, KY, he was a son of the late Thomas and Edna Goins. Besides his wife he is survived by two sons, Vince Goins, and Stephen Goins; a daughter, Wanda Sue (Doug) Cheek; a step daughter, Mary Margaret (Gordan) Conrad; a brother, Charles M. Goins; two sisters, Nellie Donnell and Virgie (John) Shuck; six grandchildren; and several great grandchildren. Burial Monday, at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens.
