Hammondsport - George V. Lament died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. J. P. Gardner, last Saturday morning, aged 86 years, as the result of a fall last March, since which time he had gradually failed. One sister, Mrs. Lewis Rider, of Rhinebeck, and two daughters, Mrs. Gardner, of this village, and Mrs. W. A. Jackson, of Brooklyn, survive.
