Mrs. Anderson was born on July 13, 1874, the daughter of Marcel and Augusta Swinke Duboce, in Mount Pulaski. She married Edward J. Anderson on Oct. 23, 1895, and moved to Decatur in 1912.
Mrs. Anderson was a member of the English Lutheran Church and the Decatur Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star No. 111, White Shrine.
She leaves two sons; Carl L. of Decatur and John M. La Porte Indiana, two sisters; Mrs. Harry Harper Decatur and Mrs. Josie Sanborn of Muskegon Heights Michigan, four grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mount Pulaski Cemetery. Friends may call the funeral home after 4 p.m. today.
