Tom was my step-dad, the father of my sister Melissa. After he and our mother divorced he married his wife Pam, she is pictured with him top right.

Tom may have been the most die-hard Green Bay Packers and Cubbie fan that ever lived.

Tom was afflicted with polio when he was a child and always had to use crutches but he never let that stop him from playing sports and living his life his way. I promise you, a man CAN run with crutches!

Tommy loved his three step-children, Crystal, Phillip and Joey, but nothing compared to his "Sunshine" Melissa. She was the joy of her father's life and he made sure she was always taken care of.

He and his second wife Pam were very happy together and even though Tom's life was cut too short, I know he was happy with the life he had.

Since Tom died, he became a grandfather to the most amazing handsome little boy on Feb. 11, 2009. He would have been over the moon for this boy.

Tom was one of the smartest men I have ever known. As a kid I was convinvced he knew everything cause I never could stump him. He used to let me watch him shave. Not sure why I found that fascinating, but I did. He also let me have all of his old 45s when I was a kid. Those were some good times.

Miss you Tommy. Wish you were here so I could appreciate your sarcastic sense of humor and you could see your Sunshine and your grandson.

Rest in Peace
