Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Booker, mother of out townsmen, D.E. and Fred Beasley, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J.W. Brown in Nashville , Friday, May 5th, aged 77 years.
She was a native of Hickman County, where she spent practically all her life, having only lived in Nashville for the past three years.
She had been a member of the Christian Church for sixty years and was loved and honored by all who knew her.
Her remains were conveyed to Little Rock Church Cemetery, out of Lyle Station, Saturday for interment.
