Mrs. Edna Mae Windeborn, 90, died Feb. 26 at the local hospital.
Graveside services were held Feb. 28 at Restland Cemetery with the Rev. Rex Tilly officiating.
Mrs. Windeborn was born July 30, 1895, in Red Rock, Texas, daughter of the late Thomas and Hester Tow. She was reared and [went to] school in Red Rock and moved to Coryell County at the age of 16.
She was married to Louis Wendeborn on April 25, 1914, in Coryell City. He preceded her in death on January 17, 1969.
She was a housewife and a member of the Coryell Valley Baptist Church.
She is survived by one son, Clinton Wendeborn of Turnersville; five daughters, Myrtle Winfield of Gatesville, Edna Mae Smith of Turnersville, Jewell Dominik of Waco, Louise Blunschi of San Antonio, and Wanda Manning of Pearl; a sister, Alma January of McGregor; eleven grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
Her grandsons served as pallbearers at the funeral services.
Scott's Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
