Albert R Atchison, was born near Bloomfield, Ohio March first, 1850 and died at his home near Richmond, August 31, 1921. He came to Kansas in 1869. He was married to Elizabeth M. Harbison December 17, 1874. He took up the farm where he has lived since 1871. Mr. Atchison was a charter member of the Berea church. He is survived by his wife and four children, Mrs. Enoch Cunningham and Ray Atchison of the home community, Ross Atchison of Wichita and Earnest Atchison of Washington, Iowa. The funeral was conducted by Rev. Dr. Lylle of the U.P. Church and burial was in the Richmond Cemetery.
