Some mis-information is floating around from my grandmother's handwritten notes whereby Martha had a nickname, Mattie. There was not another son, Matthew, born to this union. This was confirmed by the probate records that I pulled. Please do not propagate this misinformation on your family tree. We have some leads on the location of son, William, but nothing definitive. We have an affidavit that Amanda passed away in her father's home, but we do not have a grave location.
