Funeral services for a former Ardmore resident are to be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Suburban Hills Assembly of God Church, Tulsa, under the direction of Moore Funeral Home, Tulsa.

Willard Sylvester West died Thursday in Tulsa of injuries received in an elevator accident.

A former Ardmore resident, he had lived in Tulsa the past five years.

West was born January 5, 1939. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church.

Interment and graveside rites are to be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Rose Hill Cemetery. Local arrangements will be conducted by Bettes Funeral Home.

Survivors include the widow; three daghter, Janice, Darla and Cherri, all of the home; his mother, Mrs. Lon West, Abilene, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Anita Marsh, Norman, and Mrs. Wilma Herrian, Bristow.

He was preceded in death by his father in September 1965.
