Eva was born in Lagrange County Indiana. Her parents are Samuel and Rosa (Williamson) Rugg. Eva had 5 brothers Manuel, Ora, Samuel,Cyrus,and Aldo. One sister Elizabeth (Bessie). She also had 3 Half sisters Emma, Stella,Edna.And 2 Half brothers John and Freeman (Selvenus)
Eva Lived in the Lagrange Indiana area until she was about 5 at which time they relocated to The Battle Creek area. As a young women she moved to the Galesburg area were she remained until her death.
Eva was the Mother of 4 Nettie,Charles R,Janet and Larry. She had 10 grandchildren, 21 greatgrandchildren and 20 great great grandchildren. She loved her Family!
She enjoyed Playing cards and spending time with family and friends.
