He had been a resident of Kasson for about 45 years, but had made his home in Rochester with his daughter most of the time for the past four years. He was married to Adelphia L. Billings in 1883. To them were born eight children, three of whom died in infancy.
His wife preceded him in death nine years ago. He leaves to mourn his death one brother in Dakota, four daughters and three sons: Harry A. Clark, of St. Paul; Mrs. Charles Jensen, of Rochester; Mrs. I. M. Wilson, of Austin; Mrs. Henry Johnson, of Dodge Center; Mrs. Jack Hughes, of St. Paul; George H. Clark and Ed. L. Clark, of Sterling, Ill.
Funeral services were conducted at the Jensen home in Rochester Monday afternoon and the body was brot to Kasson for interment in Maple Grove cemetery.
Rev. B. C. Gillis officiated in Rochester and Rev. W. J. Walker here at the grave. The children were all in attendance at the last sad rites.
Mr. Clark was a member of the local I.O.O.F. lodge.
