Funeral services for Charles D. Rogers, a Marion County deputy prosecutor, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in Moore and Kirk Colonial Chapel. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery. He died Monday in his home. Mr. Rogers, 63 years old, 4122 North Park Avenue, was born in London, Ky., and had lived in Indianapolis most of his life. He was a deputy prosecutor for six months and previously operated a law business from his former home at 3154 Broadway. He was a graduate of Indiana University School of Law and a veteran of World War II. Mr. Rogers was a member of Third Christian Church, the Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, Murat Shrine and the Indiana Bar Association. Surviving is a sister, Miss Ruth Rogers of San Francisco, Calif.
