Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah Brown will be held at 1:30 pm. tomorrow in Shirley Brothers Central Chapel. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Brown died Wednesday in General Hospital following injuries suffered four weeks ago when she fell and broke her hip. She was 93 years old and lived at Norwaldo Avenue.
Born near New Castle, Mrs. Brown had lived in Indianapolis 60 years. She was a member of the North Indianapolis Church of Christ. At one time, she had charge of the Women's Building for the Indiana State Fair. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Charles Jeffries; a son, Philip Brown; and a grandson, all of Indianapolis.
