Rogersville - Mae L. Hurd, 79, Rogersville, died at 2 a.m. Sunday (June 16, 1991) Hawkins County Memorial Hospital after a brief illness.
She was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert H. Hurd in 1980; three brothers and one sister.
Surviving are two sons, Bill Hurd, Kingsport and Kyle Hurd, Rogersville; six grandchildren; one sister, Blanch Manis, Church Hill; three brothers, Grand Lawson, Rogersville, Kyle Lawson, Big Springs, Texas, and Sturm Lawson, Church Hill; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Colboch-Price Funeral Home, Rogersville.
Graveside services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Highland Cemetery with the Rev. Jack Randalls officiating.
