Mrs. Wilhelmina Albrecht living in Grand Haven Township, opposite the farm home of James Bignell, was thrown from a double seated farm wagon Sunday afternoon and so serously injured that she died Monday forenoon.

Mr and Mrs Albrecht were entertaining for a few days, Mr. and Mrs Fick of Chicago. On Sunday afternoon Mrs. Albrecht and Mr. and Mrs. Fick were just starting out from the Albrect home with the intention of driving to the home of Ernest Albrect, a son living several miles distant. Mr. Fick in starting the horses whipped them suddenly that the rear seat in which the two women were about to be seated gave way and they both were thrown to the ground very heavily.
Mrs. Albrecht was found to be seriously injured. Here spinal column had been affected and the lower limbs were entirely paralyzed. Mrs. Fick had two ribs broken and was seriously injured otherwise. Mrs. Albrecht recovered consciousness after a time but never regained the use of her body and died at about 10:00 MOnday forenoon.
Mrs. Albrecht was about sixty years of age and is survived by her husband and three children, Ernest, and John and Minnie at home.
