Eugenia "Jean" Jacobs - Born to Clarence and Lillie Jarman on September 16, 1928 died December 23, 2009 at the age of 81. She was a native and resident of Loxley. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Robertsdale, AL.
She is preceded in death by her son, Jimmie Ray Pollard and husband, Jake Jacobs. She is survived by one son, Robert "Pee Wee" Pollard of Loxley, AL; six grandchildren, Delores, Bobby, Tony, Troy, Brenda and Trudy and eighteen great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 26, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Robertsdale, AL with Father William James officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral service from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery, Loxley, AL. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Patrick's Catholic Church, P.O, Box 1367 Robertsdale, AL 36567. Funeral arrangements are by Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, Hwy 59 Roberts-dale, AL.
