Mr. Clifford R Loveland passed away Monday, December 7, 2009 at 11:25 a.m. at Monett Health Care. He was born December 19, 1916 in Bruner, Mo to Joel and Mary (Teague) Loveland. He was united in marriage to Imogene Fisher on November 1, 1958 in Monett, Mo. and she survives.
Clifford attended the Chapel of Grace and was retired from the Monett Police Department where he was an officer for 12 years. One of the joys of his life was playing his guitar and singing in area churches and nursing homes, as well as spending Christmas with his family, singing Christmas songs and listening to him quote his poems of Jesus while strumming the guitar with his family; those memories will not be long forgotten and linger in the minds and hearts of his childern and grandchildern.

Clifford is survived by his wife Imogene, two sons: Gerald Loveland of Sparta, Mo. and Steve Fisher of Mt Vernon, Mo.; one special niece Marian Gripka; and he was blessed with six grandchildren, 12 great- grandchildern, and 10 great- great grandchildern.

Clifford was preceded in death by his parents and three sons: Billy Joe Loveland, Mike Fisher and infant son Roy Lee Loveland: six brothers: Albert Loveland, Ray Loveland, Cleo Loveland, Van Loveland, Elsie Loveland, and Ted Loveland.

Visitation will be held at Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home in Monett on Wednesday December 9 2009 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Services will be held at Bennett-Wormington Thursday December 10, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. with Jimmy Copley and Ronnie Howerton officiating. Burial will follow at Monett I.O.O.F
