Richard G. Linebrink, 72, 207 Jefferson Ave., died at 4:37 p.m. Thursday in Defiance Hospital.
He was born April 23, 1926, in Defiance County, the son of Ira and Mabel (Beindorf) Linebrink. In 1984, he married Patty Thieroff Fisher, who survives. He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran and a glazier at Leever Glass for 35 years, retiring in 1991. He was a life member of VFW Post 3360 and a former member of Ayersville United Methodist Church. He was a member of the Defiance Elks and attended the First Baptist Church.

Also surviving are four stepsons, Michael and Mark Fisher, both of Fort Wayne, Douglas Fisher of Defiance and David Fisher, Clear¬water, Fla.; two stepdaughters; Mrs. E. Wayne (Dawn) Yoder of Defiance and Mrs. Mike (Jennifer) Stewart, San Diego, Calif.; two brothers, Clarence and Jerry, both of Defiance; two sisters, Mrs. Robert (Dorothy) Thomas and Mrs. Floyd (Virginia) Buff, both of Defiance; and 11 grandchildren. Also preceding him in death were his first wife, Mary (Lehman) Linebrink; two stepmothers, Mary Rose and Amelia Rosebrock and a brother, Marvin.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Mon¬day in First Baptist Church, with Rev. David Hines officiating. Burial will be in Evansport Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday at Mast-Mock-Hoffman Funeral Home, and one hour prior to services Monday at the church.
