George Kent Crandall, 52, of Gunnison, former Springville resident, died Tuesday, January 5, 1988 at his home in Salt Lake City. He was born April 8, 1935 in Springville, a son of George and Ella Larsen Crandall. He married Carla Barney June 24, 1954 in the Manti Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.Survivors include his wife; one son and three daughters: Mike Crandall, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Douglas (Sue Ann) Simkins, Centerfield; Mrs Mark (Julie) Nelson, Delta; Mrs. Kenneth (Terri) Lindsay, Salt Lake City; 13 grandchildren; one sister: Mrs. Carl (Renee) Curtis, Springville.
