HARTMAN, Mrs. Eva Grace, 705 Collins Ave. Age 84, passed away suddenly Tuesday evening. Mrs. Hartman was born Feb. 25, 1882, in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Edward and Sarah Clemens Flynn and had been a resident of Kalamazoo County all of her life. She was a member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church. Mrs. Hartman is survived by 2 sons, A. Kenneth Hartman of Kalamazoo, Major Robert Hartman of Fort Worth, Texas; 2 daughters, Mrs. Edward (Ethel) Stoops and Mrs. Earl (Ruth) Clason of Kalamazoo; one sister, Mrs. Lula Elson of Spokane, Wash.; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A son, Lester, preceded her in death. Friends are being received at the Wagar & Clark Chapel, where funeral servies will be held Saturday morning at 10 o'clock, Rev. Charles Hulbert officiating. Interment in the family lot, Genessee Prairie Cemetery.
