Funeral services for Mrs. Altie (Tindall) Rambin , 70 , of Garrison are set for 2 PM Thursday in the Oakley – Metcalf Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. M. A. Ervin and the Rev. W. V. Stanaland officiating. Burial will be in the Bethel Cemetery in Appleby. Mrs. Rambin died Tuesday in a local hospital after a short illness. A native of Nacogdoches, she was a Baptist. Survivors include her husband, Roy A. Rambin of Garrison ; two sons, Rufus Henry Rambin of Garrison and Charles Alvin Rambin of Nacogdoches ; two brothers, W. M. Tindall and J. A. Tindall, both of Nacogdoches ; four sisters, Mrs. Madeline Robertson, Mrs. Loelle Powers, Mrs. Mollie West and Mrs. Marnell Branton, all of Nacogdoches ; two grandchildren and one step grand daughter and two step grand sons .
