Flossie Crowley, 93, passed away December 13, 2009 at Timberlake Nursing Home, Kansas City, MO. Visitation will be 12-1 p.m., Monday, December 21, at Park Lawn Chapel, 8251 Hillcrest Road, KCMO, with services following. Burial in Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Odyssey Hospice.

Flossie was born January 29, 1916 in Kansas City, MO, to Lilly and William Bridges, who preceded her in death. She was a member of Blue Ridge Baptist Temple, 103rd and Blue Ridge. She was a life member and past president of VFW Auxiliary 302, which later joined Auxiliary 8100 in Grandview. She was a past president of MOCA #1. She retired from Wilcox Electric in 1981.

Survivors include her son, Jim McCollum (Patricia) of Raymore, MO; grandson, James Phillip McCollum (Edith) of Webb City, MO; Craig Allen McCollum (Juhni) of Beaver Creek, OH; and great granddaughters, Jennifer (Joe) Dillon of Webb City, MO, and Melissa (Nate) Sankenbergi of Ballwin, MO.
