Paul P. "Ick" Fielding, 88, died Friday, January 27, 2006 in Childress. He was born August 3, 1917 in Ellis County, TX to Samuel
Fielding and Vada Printice Fielding. He married Ruby Neel June 15, 1946 in Pampa. He was a farmer and rancher, a member of the Pentacostal Church, and had served on the Quail School Board.
He is survived by his wife Ruby Fielding of Quail; two sons: Jarrell (Jay) Fielding and his wife Donna of Brenham, and Ralph Fielding and his wife Gwen of Brenham; one daughter Rita Goffinet and her husband Dan of Memphis; three brothers: Otis Fielding of Corona, CA, Dale
Fielding of Venus, and Garland Fielding of Garland; three sisters: Anna Mae Ford of Irving, Nell Youst of Dallas, and Ima Dean Johnson of Richardson; and five grandchildren, and four greatgrandchildren.
