Lake Charles - Vivian Guillory, 59, passed away on Thursday, December 17, 2009 at her residence.
She was a native of Bastrop and lived in the Lake Charles area for the past 10 years. She was a self employed bookkeeper/notary. She was a wonderful selfless person when it came to the needs of others, always the first to help with her charasmatic positve and supportive personality. She had a love for life and was always happpy and cheerful. She was a caring and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, who will be loved and missed by all.
Suvivors are her husband, Mark Guillory, one son; William Gary Grayson, Jr and wife Dana of Bastrop, La.; one daughter; Eve Marie Stromer and husband Joel of Lake Charles, two grandchildren; Morgan Marie Grayson and Mallory Elizabeth Grayson of Bastrop, La.; brother; Issac Carrington of Winsboro, La.; sisters; Catherine Taylor of Winder, Ga.; Lillian Carraway of Bastrop, La. and Daisy Mae Taylor of Wisner, La. She is preceded in death by her parents Issac and Rosey Carrington, brothers; Jack, Charlie and Robert Carrington, sister; Bertha Lawrence.
Her funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 19, 2009 at Hixson Funeral Home Chapel in Lake Charles. Bro. Guy will officiate. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens.
