Josiah Zehring, aged seventy-two died Tuesday at the Colonial hospital in Rochester, Minn., where he had been for treatment, being in too serious a condition for an operation.
Mr. Zehring lived near Bennetts Switch for many years and was a highly respected farmer. His son Everett was with him at the time of his death. He leaves a widow, two sons, Everett and Walter Zehring, and two daughters, Ms. George E. Sailors, of Kokomo, and Mrs. Quincey Welsh, residing on the home farm. The remains were shipped home for burial.
