Mrs Deborah Wilson, aged 78 years, died Saturday afternoon at the home of her son, Omer Wilson, 1112 West Superior street, as a result of paralysis with which she has been afflicted for four years. She has been living with her son the past year.
The funeral was designated for 2 PM this afternoon at the son's home, the burial to be in Crown Point Cemetery.
The deceased was the widow of James M Wilson, who died about twenty years ago. With her husband she had moved to Howard county in 1881. Four children were born to Mr and Mrs Wilson, Omer Wilson of this city and Roy Wilson of Hartford City, are the survivors of the family circle.
Mrs Wilson was a native of Andersonville, Franklin county, where she was born Feb 23, 1847. She joined the Christian church at the age of 16 years, but upon coming to this locality united with Grace M E Church of which she was a devoted member at the time of her death.
She was a member of the Beatrice Rebekah lodge.
