The daughter of Levi and Missouri McIntosh Mercer, she was born Nov. 9, 1884, in Hemlock. Her husband, was George E. Clark. Her son was G. Robert Clark of Peru; and daughter, Mrs. George Christian of Bluffton; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, and one sister, Maude Mercer of Kokomo. Seven brothers and sisters preceded her in death.

She was a member of Southside Wesleyan Church, Kokomo.
