Survived by her husband Joe, a sister Camilla Hoenstine of Claysburg, a nephew Ben Hoenstine and several other nephews and nieces.
Mrs. Long was a 1946 Hollidaysburg High School graduate. She had worked for Altoona Shoe Factory and Cove Shoe. She was a member of East Freedom Methodist Church, where she previously taught Sunday school. She was a member of the Roaring Spring Shanty Shakers RV Club. She enjoyed camping and making crafts.
Friends will be received on Thurs., Dec. 17, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9pm and on Fri., Dec. 18 from 10am until the 11am services at Liebegott-Brown Funeral Home, 1218 4th Ave., Duncansville. Interment at Carson Valley Cemetery, Duncansville.
