Kokomo (IND) Tribune, June 1970. Ottis A. Campbell. Ottis A. Campbell, 81, 413 E. Murden St., died Sunday in his home following a several-week illness. Born Nov. 10, 1888, in Warrick County, he was the son of Robert and Lucy Ann (Good) Campbell. A member of the Main Street United Methodist Church, he had been a member of its King Sons and Daughters Sunday school class. He was a 50-year member of the Moose Lodge and a member of the Howard County Senior Citizens Club. He was a 1955 retired employee of the Delco Radio Division. In 1914 he was married to Gertrude Raney, who preceded him in death in 1935. Then, on June 6, 1936, he was united in marriage with Mary Garbert, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Darwin A. Campbell, Kokomo, and Ottis E. Campbell, Columbus, Ohio; three daughters, Mrs. Boyce (Dorothy) Puckett, Ward, Ark.; Mrs. Eloise Ruckman, New Albany, and Mrs. Raymond (Janet) Robertson, Kokomo; two stepsons, Lorain and Edgar E. Garbert, both of California; three stepdaughters, Mrs. W.W. (Zonda) Kranz, Kokomo; Mrs. Joe (Helen) Newman and Mrs. John (Edna) Toutloff, both of Arizona; 18 grandchildren, one great-grandchild; 17 step-grandchildren and 16 step-greatgrandchildren. Others are five brothers, Noah and Luie, both of Evansville; Dale of Farmington, Ill.; Ray of Orlando, Fla., and Leroy Campbell of Booneville; three sisters, Mrs. Cora Pike, Canton, Ill.; Mrs. Flossie Houpt, Little Rock, Ark., and Mrs. Bessie Pfingston, Evansville, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at the Fenn Funeral Home.
