She graduated from Chester High School in 1923, from Colorado College in 1929 and attended Denver University.
She moved to Colorado Springs in 1923. She was a member of the Focus Club and volunteered at the Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs, CO. She was never married.
Nelle was preceded in death by her parents, Faithful and Marion Adamson; four brothers, John, Ben, Henry, and Bill; and three sisters, Annie, Sarah and Marion.
She is survived by nieces, Edith and Viola Adamson, Colorado Springs, CO, Jessie Adamson, Evelyn Brinkman and Wilma Orr, all of Lincoln, NE, and Edna Koppen, Malmont, Mich.; a nephew, Paul Elwyn Adamson, Cheyenne, WY, one sister-in-law, Gertrude D. Adamson, Colorado Springs, CO, and other relatives and friends.
Graveside services were held at the Chester Cemetery at Chester, NE, at 1 p.m., Friday, March 9, 1990, conducted by Reverend Roy Brotton. Interment was made in the Chester Cemetery.
