Karen was the daughter of Donald James SUPERCZYNSKI and Elizabeth "Betty" WALKOWSKI. She married Donald ALFRED on 3 January 1976, at Saint Mary of Mount Carmel Shrine Catholic Church, in Manistee.
Karen was survived by her husband Donald, children Donald ALFRED III and fiancé Stephanie COMSTOCK, Erik and Cindy SCOTT, Sarah and Justin HOLSCHZU and Brittany ALFRED; her mother, brother Donald SUPERCZYNSKI, sister Judy and Rick LONSBURY and brother-in-law Philip MACKIN. Her grandchildren include Anna and Clare SCOTT, Brooklyn McKAY, Bailey HOLSCHZU and Cameron COMSTOCK as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Karen was preceded in death by her father, her sister, Susan and her brother, Brian.
Funeral services were held 19 December 2009, at Saint Joseph Catholic Church, in Manistee.
Oak Grove Cremation Center was in charge of funeral arrangements.
