Mrs.Sarah Black died at her home in Blackland, near Boody Saturday night of the infirmities of age. She was past 80 years old and had been a resident of southwestern Macon county for several years. Her husband has been dead a number of years. Surviving her are four sons, all well known in their community.
The funeral of Grandma Black, as she was known far and wide, will be held today at Sanner Chapel, Rev. C.G. Wood will be in charge of the services.
