Cora was married first to James Brown Vincent in Kansas in 1873 at age 14. They had six children, two dying in infancy. They divorced in 1889.

She remarried to Samuel Dinwiddie. They had four children, one dying young.

She and Samuel were living in North Fork Township, Grant County, Oregon, in 1910. They were in Middletown, Lake County, California in 1920 and 1930.
