Kim was born Feb. 18, 1962, in Fairbury, the daughter of Dallas and Joyce Howard Meints. Her mother, Joyce Meints, survives in Fairbury.
She was preceded in death by her father, Dallas Meints.
Kim's sense of humor and witty personality will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Fairbury.
