Lewis Moore Adams, son of William and Estella (Lewis) Adams, passed away in a Fresno, CA., hospital following a lengthy illness at the age of 70 years. A native of Kansas, he had lived in Hanford, CA., for 50 years where he had owned and operated his own barber shop for many years.
He was a member of the Eagles Lodge, American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and Kings Stonecrafters.
He was survived by his wife, Mrs. Inez Freda (Smith) Adams of Hanford; a daughter, Mrs. Mae Belle Blacklock of Bakersfield; a sister, Mrs. Estella Whetzal of Oklahoma; and two granddaughters, Donna and Peggy Hall.
