Beloved son of JOHN and MARGARET (AUGUSTYN-BUKOWSKI) MISIASZEK
Julius was a veteran, having served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and then had been employed for many years by Stanley Judd Company and later by Connecticut Hypodermics for 11 years until his retirement. He was a parishioner and member of the men's club of SS. Peter and Paul Church in Wallingford, and a member of the American Legion – Siedlicki Post #187 and the Polish National Alliance- Group #513. The family would like to thank the staff of Skyview Center for the excellent care they provided to Mr. Misiaszek. His family will receive relatives and friends in The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 North Main St. Ext., Tuesday, Dec. 8, from 5 until 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 9 a.m. from the funeral home when the funeral cortege will proceed to SS. Peter and Paul Church in Wallingford, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Interment with military honors will be in SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Wallingford. Gifts in his memory may be sent to the Wallingford Senior Center, 238 Washington St., Wallingford, CT 06492.
