Burial and funeral at Unity Church, July 3, with Reverend G.W. Penn conducting the funeral services. The deceased was a consistant member of the U.B. Church, a good member, a kind mother and a loving wife. She was 39 years old.

But tis God that has bereft us
He can all our sorrows heal.
Yet again we hope to meet thee
When the day of life is fled;
Then in Heaven with joy to greet thee
Where no farewell tear is shed.
