Fred Aubuchon, 67, Bonne Terre, died Feb. 4 in St Louis. He was born March 15, 1919 in Leadwood to the late Firmin and Stella Morris AuBuchon. He was preceded in death by two sisters: Anna Keen and Irene Archambo.
Mr. AuBuchon was a member of the VFW Post No. 6883. He was retired from St. Joe Minerals and was a veteran of the United States Navy.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth McCarron AuBuchon, of Bonne Terre; five daughters: Jo Ann (Mrs. Richard) Foeller, of the state of New Jersey, Pat (Mrs. Jack) Smith, of O'Fallon, Bonnie (Mrs. Roland) Seals, of Bonne Terre, Mary (Mrs. Ralph) Rockwell, of Marysville, Kan., and Alice (Mrs. Irvin) Pinkston, of Paris, Ill.; five brothers: Jess AuBuchon, of the state of Idaho, Cletus AuBuchon, of Dittmer, Bryant AuBuchon, of Bonne Terre, Pete AuBuchon, of Bonne Terre, and Chester AuBuchon, of Cadet; one sister, Mary Hammack, of Flat River; 11 grndchildren and two great grandchildren.
Friends may call 11 a.m. Friday at the C.Z. Boyer Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Prayer service will be held 7 p.m. Friday at the Boyer Chapel. Funeral services will beheld 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bonne Terre with Father Andrew Sigmund officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
