Mrs. Franklin, before her marriage, Miss Griffith, the youngest daughter of James Griffith, and survived by five sisters and two brothers, all of North Carolina, her husband and the following children: Mrs. J.J. Kelly, Mrs. C.C. Morris, Mrs. W.T. Baldwin, Mrs. S.V. Edens, Jr., John Franklin and Margaret Franklin and four grand-children.
The honorary pallbearers were, J.M. Bates, H.H. Willard, T.J. Glenn, L.H. Gault, W.B. Williams and T.M. McNeel. The active pallbearers were A.L. Stutts, Frank Clay, Paul James, J.L. Lamb, W.L. Vaughan and W.M. Jett.
The flower girls were, Misses Vera Keisler, Ocie Clay, Euna Stacy, Virginia Arthur and Eloise Johnson.
The Edgar Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
